Shipping Policy:
- Shipping within the United States
- Items are shipped with USPS
- A tracking number will be emailed once the items are shipped
- Express and Priority shipping options are available
- EasyPost is used for shipping details
Return Policy:
- Items can be returned for store credit only. This can be issued via gift card sent through email or your account with us. The store credit can be used online or in-store.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that we shipped out your order.
- Return Item Condition: unworn, un-washed, and with tags
- Must be included with return: Return form, original receipt, circle which item you are returning
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless a mistake occurred on our end.
- Allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your return transit to confirm that we receive your item within the 30-day window.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Sale Items, Face Masks, Glassware, Pillows, and Bath & Body Products (soaps, lotions, bath bombs, bath salts, etc)
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed if you wish to change the sizing or color of an item. Please check in-stock items and email us before starting the return process (all subject to availability). Once we receive your confirmation, we will take the replacement item out of inventory and hold until your return is received.
- Use the same process as the Return Policy shown above. Indicate on the back of the return form what size or color you would like in exchange.
- Allow 5-7 business days to process your exchange once it is received and have the new item shipped out to you.
- You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address from the original order.
- If we do not have the item and size in stock, we will process the return as a store credit.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order:
If you need to cancel or change your order, you must contact us immediately. Once the order is processed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Processing time is roughly 2-4 hours.
Adding Items:
Want to add to the order you just placed? Contact us immediately!!! We may be able to add the item to your existing order as long as it has not been processed yet. Processing time is roughly 2-4 hours.
